They pop up on amazon and abe books from time to time. The prices are all over the place.  I used to give them new PLS's that I worked with but stopped finding them at normal prices a while ago.  Good luck in your search.  I half expect to find boxes full of them at a yard sale someday as someone is surely hoarding them.  I have seen some PDF scans around somewhere that might be a good alternative until you locate one.

Edit to say: congrats on passing the LSIT!

Original Skelton's have been out of print since the '30s. If you find one they will be very expensive. In the 1990's the "Michie Company" had reprints made up. I bought one then for $15. They are faithful copies but not nearly as high quality. Mine is coming apart and I haven't read it all that much. If you find one used it's not going to be so expensive. That may be why you are seeing variation in the pricing.

For the record my opinion is that, some gems notwithstanding, the book is overrated.  It was almost the only game in town in Curt Brown's day and he relied on it heavily as source material. Nowaday's it can be said that if you have Brown, you have what Skelton has to offer.
