That's the joie de vivre.
That yard needs mowing or maybe bailing into hay.
I can not count the times nobody will mow, brushhog or make the property easier to survey to reduce the cost yet complain when you must spend more time fighting thru the growth to complete the job.
I've paid many a neighbor to the land I am surveying to take a lap around the fence with their tractor and brushhog so I can get around better.
We typically write in our survey contracts that the client shall clear the vegetation, and its always a hoot to see the client's physical interpretation of that.

Also graphic evidence that it is, indeed, the middle of winter in NZ. Looks just like early December in Portland does.?ÿ
