[New]: Plot Aliquot Part Descriptions Georeferenced to the BLM PLSS

We just released aliquot part support in TerrainPlot.

If a deed or plat has an aliquot part description in it, say the NE1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 12, T3N R5W, you draw a box around that text and TerrainPlot plots the aliquot and georeferences it against BLM's published PLSS data. The parcel comes in on the right section in state plane coordinates instead of floating at 0,0 waiting to be tied in by hand.

What that changes day to day:

• Quarters, quarter-quarters and further breakdowns, plotted from the section grid

• Several aliquot parts in one document, each boxed and plotted separately

• The parcel lands in real coordinates, so you can see how it sits against the section and its adjoiners before you go pull more records

• Exports to CAD in state plane

How good is the BLM data where you work? From what I have seen it varies a lot by township. I would rather flag the rough areas in the software than quietly hand it over, so if your county is one of the bad ones I want to hear about it.
