Dawood Engineering, Inc., is seeking an experienced Survey Managers to work out of our Canonsburg, Sayre, and Wayne PA Regional offices. This position will perform a variety of supervisory and technical duties related to the field of Land Surveying while using current technology, survey knowledge, and past experiences.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Û¢ Manages survey projects and communicates with clients.
Û¢ Oversees multiple survey crews and office staff.
Û¢ Manages project budgets and schedules.
Û¢ Ensures compliance with all corporate QA/QC requirements.
Û¢ Solicits new work opportunities.
Û¢ Makes recommendations for hiring survey staff and related personnel.
REQUIREMENTS:
Û¢ Current Professional Land Surveyor registration in Pennsylvania.
Û¢ 5- 7 years of related experience.
Û¢ Proficient with Microsoft Office tools. Experience with Civil3D, Microstation, Deltek Vision and Carlson Survey experience preferred.
Û¢ Physical requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Û¢ Possess a valid driver's license in the employee's state of residence.
Û¢ Candidate must exhibit a positive attitude, have excellent communication skills and work well alone and with others in a team environment.
