Remote position to assist with our drafting workload as an independent contractor. (IRS Non Employee Compensation).
Generally, drafting K1 Staking and K2 Survey maps/reports (Hawaii real estate due diligence surveys.), ALTA Surveys and topographic surveys.
Prefer working w/ Carlson platform. Field survey experience is a plus.

I typically work in Carlson producing survey products in Georgia. (boundary surveys, site plans, Topographic surveys, ALTAs) I also have experience in microstation/openroads creating GDOT survey databases and 24-series prints. (also point cloud extraction, but I don't have the usual software I'm familiar with at the moment.
