The guy was warned, by the land court in 2000, that building on his parcel would be at his own peril...
I wish I too had more money than brains!
Did they actually state why the house was in violation? Failure to submit an ANR, sight easement, setbacks? I looked through the articles but didnt see anything of substance.

It didn't comply with the lot width requirement. I think the required was 75' and they were at least a few feet short.
