I'll be at the Summit. Arriving kinda late in the day on Thursday. Someone let me know when and where the party is and I'll be there.

I know you said "besides me." I'll be arriving Thursday afternoon and will be leaving Sunday afternoon. Hope to meet up sometime between those dates. Still thinking about Dicks?

Sounds like Friday or Saturday night would be the best bet. I don't know much about San Diego. Bars could be jammed on Friday and Saturday night. Guess we'll find out.

The agenda shows a Welcome Social from 4:00 - 7:00 pm on Friday evening and a CFeds banquet until 11:00pm on Saturday night. So how about Dick's Last Resort (345 4th Avenue) at 7:30 pm, Friday, July 8?

Dick's is only 3 or 4 blocks from the Convention Center. An easy walk over, an easy crawl back.

Sounds great to me. I'm staying at The Horton Grand Hotel, just one block up the street from Dick's. At least I'll have a shorter crawl!

I am sitting at the gate waiting for the plane, and checking Beer Leg on the IPad. Should arrive there in about 6 hours.

I'm at the airport in Raleigh. Arrival in San Diego is set for close to 7 pm.

Richard Hardison and I are set to hang out some. If anyone else wants to join us, give me a call. Many have my cell phone number. 😉

be thinking of you all...I gotta sit this one out unfortunately...have a great time...San Diego is a great city...where I learned to sail...San Diego Sailing Academy ... great people...if you have a few extra days...not a plug but just a great time

Starting on the left we have Tony (GPS Man) Cavell, Steve I think his name is, teaches at Troy State, Dave Doyle, Professor JB Stahl, Arron Smithson (I think that is his last name), Teressa Smithson (I know that is her last name), Becky Stahl, Me, Jeff Lucas must have been gone to the bathroom but he was sitting next to me and finally, Rich Lue.

Nearly as I can tell, everyone had a good time. At least, I know I did.

Is the Summit being held at the Vatican? I didn't even know that some were catholics.

Awesome! Glad you all had a good time. Wish we could have been there.
