I am sure that this is not the end of this behavior. Just how long until we are declared "redundant" at the closing table.
Title Insurance Cos' have attorneys to handle legal descriptions while those GIS lines on Google Earth [sarcasm]clearly show the boundary lines[/sarcasm].
Student loans for all those four year degrees are forcing more surveyors to join engineering firms driving up the prices of surveys.
Small wonder some states are considering multiple ranking for surveyors.:-(
