has anyone had problems in the past month with their 3G modem not being able to access Verizon networks??ÿ

Trying to track a problem with our Leica GFU19/wavecom 100 modems and Verizon

FWIW, a mid level mgr told tech support to tell me they no longer allow 3g on their network and were moving to 5g - when I asked her who to send my invoice to (they still bill me for access) she hung up.?ÿ I called back and a tech support said they still support 3g but will not activate any new 3g devices after late 2019.?ÿ The connection has never been a problem until recently.

It already started...Verizon will not activate any new 3G devices on their network as of June 30th, 2018. It is my understanding that 3G will be turned off for all devices on December 31st, 2019.
