Ok, I've got a problem and I'm having trouble getting someone to tell me how to fix it.
I've got a data collector running Trimble Survey Controller 12.49. In the office I'm using TGO with the most recent updates. My problem is that the antenna has one name in TSC and another name in TGO. In the TSC it's called an R8 Model 2. In TGO it's called an R8 GNSS. The end result is everything I download gives me an unknown antenna type.
Has anyone had experience with this problem?

You may need to update TGO with the lastest Utility Configuration.
