we have encountered a problem with our digital level: powers up fine, job set up ok, just won't take and collect a shot. have tried everything our local dealer has suggested, and we're about to ship to Trimble. I thought I'd ask here just in case anyone has a possible solution or at least something else to try?

I have one that acts the same. I had a power outage during a download. The data card won't read and the gun won't take a shot.
Where do you send them for repair. Mine is a Zeiss but the same basic instrument.

Our local Trimble dealer Allen Instruments will most likely be sending it to Trimble - not sure if our crews have dropped it off yet.
