Anyone have suggestions on a good place to send Topcon batteries to have re-celled.

I've used Dias & Dias a couple of times and the experience has been as you would want it. I second the recommendation. The cross border shipping is no issue.

Plus 10 minutes to disassemble, remove old battery, solder new battery and reassemble.

After you make the new connections, I recommend using some "plati-dip" to coat the connections as an added precaution to any crossed wires.

Just did three of them a couple of weeks ago and went from using two batteries in a short field day to using one of them over a couple of half days in the field.
