I have posited from long ago that 90% of our problems come from 10% of the surveyors, who also perform 90% of the surveys that are done.
Well, attrition is getting some of them, faster than the BOR is.
I always thought I'd be able to feed my family well, and have time to fish too, if the BOR would do it's job. Makes me consider, that there are really not enough surveyors, entering the profession. If they do a good job, well, they just don't do as many jobs a month. I have plenty of work. But, cannot get it done fast enough. Still want that new Javad.

BOR got one at my complaint. It only took 4 years from complaint to pulling his license, three weeks of my time and 3 days testifying to the board investigator. Nice guy, but didn't know jack about surveying and was so much of a city boy he ran out of breath before I could walk him to the physical proof shown on my complaint.
on another note; I hope my boss has luck hiring my replacement.
