Guy showed up with one wanting to sell it, in fair to good condition. Some chips in the paint, optics look clean. Has the bullett case and the big orange carry case.?ÿ
How much?
?ÿ
Probably get about 300 bucks for it on EBay; if you found the right buyer.
Offer him $150...
To display in your bookcase or try to use? Nevermind, $50 either way.
well, I do know how to use it,,,,,,,,,,I think, it's been a while
There are some fairly rare submodels of the T1. They range in value from $50 to a few grand depending on condition. Most will be in the 300 to 400 range (tops). I have a crisp model 70 that I won't let go for under 800, but i sold the mate to it for 200. Condition is critical...

What does the A signify?
What does the A signify?
Automatic vertical compensation.?ÿ The original T1 (and the NT1) used a bubble to plumb the vertical circle.
I always thought that the A was for an upright image, some of the others had an inverted image.

I always thought that the A was for an upright image, some of the others had an inverted image.
I believe that was the E (for erect) designation, e.g. T1A-E.
You have to say T1A out loud to know how funny it is!
The T1AE had an Erect image.
