Surveying Services Webpage?

 When I want to get a good mad on, I start googling boundary survey services. It's not hard to find surveyors misleading the public about what they offer.

What I found today was something new to me. I liked what they say they do on a boundary. The only misleading thing they said was that their survey would accurately determine the boundary. But when I looked at the 'About Us' page, this is what I found:

"First Survey Little Rock operates as a referral company. We will connect you with a qualified provider. Services are offered independently of First Survey Little Rock."

I'm wondering if anybody at this referral service is a PLS. Are they offering survey services? What do members here think?
