I'm running Survey Pro 5.2 on my Ranger and I want to add notes (to aid my poor memory)that will show up when I print the raw data but not when I'm just printing out PNEZD.
Can anyone help? Thanks
I don't have it right in front of me, but try tapping the star icon at the top right from whatever screen you're in and then edit quick pick. It will bring up a list of all the commands and you can pick add note. That will add it to the quick pick list. Then the next time you want to use it, it will be under that drop down.
If I hit the control key and then the B key, it is a short cut to the note function. Mine might be an older Ranger but I am running survey pro.

Aloha, David: Thanks for the short cut! It works on Ranger 3
Just so you know, there are several other short cuts, such as a calculator, listing the points, next point(for stakeout) and more. All of these are controlled by the same method as the note key, just a different letter of the keyboard. I think TDS calls them hotkeys.
Mahalo.

Aloha, David: Where can I find the list of these hotkeys? I searched the entire User Guide but can't find it...
Thanks!
Edit: I just pushed "control + different letters on the keyboard...I just to write them downB-)
Thanks everyone-both methods work well. Just wish this stuff was easier to find and that there was a "hotkey" list somewhere.
