I'm using Survey Pro 4.6 with Topcon Hiper. When using the N.C. RTN, Survey Pro is only using GPS (no GLONASS). The Hiper is tracking GLONASS. I've tried all mountpoints. Previously (prior to the RTN update to 2011) SP used GPS & GLONASS with RTCM but not with CMR. What gives?

It may be a firmware version on your Hiper. The receiver controls the positions that are feed to SurveyPro. I am wondering if the firmware in your Hiper is an older version that does not recognize the version of CMR corrections that contain GLONASS. Just a thought.

The new vrs system is having issues with a few non glonass cors station that are causing the issue and if your near one you will only get US birds . The old system used software to resolve the issue. NCGS says with budget cuts they do not have the budget to fix the issue in the new vrs system for now. need to call NCGS and voice your concern.
