This does not help the profession:
Is he a registered surveyor ?
Derek
Not any longer ?
He took a lot of risk for $100 and $200 payoffs.
That is the price of a good steak dinner at some restaurants.
:-O
I can't find any evidence that he was a registered surveyor on the public license website. I don't think they delete people from the new system either. They just change their license status.
There is a company licensed in Eagle Pass called Alvarez, Gaytan & Associates.
Local paper printed he "worked as" a surveyor and consultant.
Gaytan is RPLS
He shoulda moved to China first, they literally expect this sort of bribery and would be surprised if it did not happen.
Besides who the he11 gets bribed for $200 lol
> Besides who the he11 gets bribed for $200 lol
Life is cheap on the border my friend, and apparently so are the local politicians 😉
It's only 'bribery' becuase he is not a politician and they are not considered 'special interest' groups. This S@#$ happens all the time in DC and nothing is done....but some smalltown jo-blow gets busted......just a bit two-faced.
Age 55 + 10 years in the pen = retired.
Anybody else notice the irony of the fact this occurred in Maverick County?
