I would like your thoughts about the following self levelled prism. From hilti.

can we combine it with a mini prism and it will be useful some how?

My first reaction was, Hilti makes an instrument!  That being said, it seems similar to Leica's AP20 with a laser plumet instead of a rod.  I would want to make sure it worked with other instruments before I bought one.  I'd also want to know a little more about the tech behind it.

I will say the AP20 has made me a lazier in the field.

Some info from the inside

It needs no calibration.

The laser is a green dot, that works with an internal pendelum with up to 4° correction.

It will be nice to see something similar from Leica or Trimble!

AP20 can do the sam with a lazer beam maybe.
