A nice lady came into the office just before closing, we had prepared a petition for her and hubby to sign, it was to apply for the right to change a place of use, means of conveyance and point of diversion for their irrigation system.
The original appropriator last name was Gregg, and it was a territorial from 1882 (a really good right).
Hubby's first name is Greg, we got it all right until the signature block...........
Sure enough she points out to me that we have him down as Gregg xxx, all of it signed and ready to go............:-(
