Insurance Agent: Unfortunately, the elevation certificate you did was the wrong address.
Me: (absolutely no sarcasm in my voice) I don't think so. I had a conversation with the seller and buyer in the front yard. I also locked up the house with the lockbox code given to me by the realtor.
IA: Well, my notes say the address is 1112, not 1121. Please survey the correct house, as closing is tomorrow.
Me: Sorry, but I was at the correct address.
IA: My info. is correct. I'll get back to you. *click*
