I have been eagerly awaiting the new electric certificate.

Oh, I see... the "C" is next to the "V" on my keyboard too. 🙂 😀

This is very comical, yet getting ridiculous. I'm getting tired of explaining to clients why I'm using an "expired" certificate.

What is so hard about producing/updating this document? What do these people do all day?!

The problem is making it "508 compliant"

Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 that requires federal agencies to provide software and website accessibility to people with disabilities. When websites are 508 Compliant, they are accessible to all users

The municipalities in the Tampa area are already forcing us to us the new certificate.
