Can you file any plan size in the Registry of deeds in Arizona or do they have
plan sizes that you must adhere to..? I couldn't find anything on there websites...
You asking about maps and plats or regular documents such as deeds, etc.
Maps and plats are 18"x24" or 24"x36". Also, letter and legal size are acceptable if the type size meets 10 point.
I'll add to Charles that the C or D size (only allowable sizes) must be submitted on mylar, which they keep. Take 2 in and they will provide you with a "conformed" copy that shows all the recording information.
Letter size are intended for simple lot surveys or anything not involving a land division. Just a record drawing. They can be on bond.
At least in my county they are all indexed in different locations. Kind of a PIA, so a phone call may be in order.
Make sure on the margins too, and always at least a 10 point font
