Okay,

looking at used but basically Pristine accessory equipment for my geo robot.

TSc-2

360 prism

radio unit

one brick battery

Trimble hard case and a few connecting wires.

This is part of a friends equipment, the robot that went with it was destroyed and he is selling the remainder of the stuff, since he doesn't use it.

I'm thinking around 12-1500. what are your thought?

You say Geo robot. 650 perhaps? That's pre-Trimble & pre-TSC2

My question is will all that stuff work with your gear without a bunch of goofing around. Stuff like prism offsets, sighting & tracking issues? I don't know myself, but just questions.

But if it's all good to go and works with your stuff, I don't see where you'd go wrong for a bit over a grand.

yeah, the prism and radio are the same as my GEO now. he's going to drop off the DC so I can test it out, check the settings.

I'm not very familiar with the TCS2, but I know it's basically a rebranded Ranger made after Trimble bought out TDS. What software is on it? Can it do RTK and Robitics? That alone is selling used on Ebay in the 2-4K range. For compatability, I think the Geo600s will run under the Trim5600 settings on the Ranger, so it would probably run your gun.

The 360 prism, I'd guess $300.

The Radio might be useless to you if it's got a blue light instead of a red light. The Blue light is the legalized "spread spectrum" radio that came out after they started painting the Geodimeter yellow. But the asking price on those is $1000-2000 on ebay.

If you can get the whole set for $1,500, you are getting a steal.

Seems like a good way to go. I believe you're solo but with another rod setup you could add another rodman for some specific things. It would pay for itself in one job. (keep your HR's the same)

I was thinking 2000 would be a good deal.

radio says 2.4 gHz. doesn't have the rubber on/off button so I assume it is only powered up when booting up the instrument.

prism alone looks to be around 700 or so.

If it's a 2.4ghz radio I'm pretty sure it will not work with the Geodimeter 600 series (unless you've had the on board radio upgraded in the Geodimeter). The Geo600 Radios are 430-470 Mhz, and some of the first Yellow 5600s were also 430-470.

> Pristine accessory

$2,000 sounds fair to me for buyer and seller.
