When my batteries are fully charged, TSC (Trimble Survey Controller 12.50). indicates that they are 60% full. I use 2 relatively new, 12v-18ah batteries that are charged with a Ctek MUS 4.3 or Advanced Power 12v-4a charger. Both chargers have several charging steps and complete the charging process with no errors.

I suspect that this is just some sort of misreading or scale factor misapplied by the Trimble equipment or TSC. Therefore, I should assume that when TSC says 60% at the start, it really means 100%...and when TSC says 30%, I am really at 50%...TSC says 15%, batteries are really 25%...etc.

Any thoughts or advice?

The value displayed on the data collector is basically meaningless when you use that type of battery. It's based on the voltage and is calibrated to the Trimble batteries.
