I am looking for some examples of description metes n bounds with meanders along a river creek etc but including tie lines also. I have examples i am reading and studying with meanders along a river creek but not when a tie line has been added per clients request. I like reading many examples so I can develop a good understanding and methods for writing these myself. I have a few jobs coming up and it would be greatly appreciated if you could point me in the right direction and or give some examples. You can remove any proprietary names etc. I am working on all of this for exam preparation and real surveys. I have tried getting a wattles book and hope to get one soon .
As i read more it seems everyone develops a unique language sometimes so Some are so easy to follow and others are a bit harder. So i am trying to get this down so anyone following me in the future can etc.
