Pima County has a great MapGuide site. They say it is outdated and want us to switch to Pima Maps, but MapGuide is so much easier to use and gives me the data I want. It requires me to use Internet Explorer, which I have on my laptop just for that purpose. All was fine until last week when Edge stuck its nose in and refused to let me proceed. I don't use Edge and have no idea why it suddenly started intruding. I can bypass Edge by using Internet Explorer in private mode, but that takes more steps. Apparently Edge can't be removed??ÿ

Your thoughts? Any way to stop Edge even if it can't be removed?

Thanks from sunny Tucson.

I have a similar issue with the state BLM website. If I use Edge which is the default browser I can't open up the little icon that has the path to the township notes.?ÿ

My workaround is to left click on the start menu, type I, the Internet Explorer app appears I click on it and proceed.?ÿ

It's annoying but it's a quick solution.
