great day for a survey....
RTK country....
Nate..
It ain't all field though.
You travel light....
Too open and flat when compared to the visions I've always had in my head of what New Hampshire is supposed to look like.
A hole on the trees. I been to NH once and I liked it (not GPS country). Heard the winters can be challenging. My Great Grandfather came from Green Mountain Vermont. I told the wife, this is nice we should buy a place here. She didn't think so!
then here ya go Holy
then here ya go Holy
That's much better.
But, now, I suppose you are going to tell me that shot was in Vermont.
[sarcasm]don't take a lot of gear when you strech most of the data in the office....:-P [/sarcasm]
Must be nice being able to drive up to every traverse point ;-).
We usually have to climb 30% slopes up and slide 30% slopes down. If the road is less than a quarter mile away I feel lucky.
It looks like Fall?

Yeah, I just got around to developing them.
"developing them" ... what does that mean????

Fun pictures!
Is it okay to lift a couple of them to throw into advertising messages for prospective surveying students? Maybe it's best to balance them with an equal number construction staking in the mud.
uhmmmmmmm, different luddite...
Do you need a helper? 😀 THAT is what I loved about surveying.
Beautiful!!
How about this?
