Does Oklahoma require a sole proprietor to have a CoA to practice land surveying within the state?

Thanks.

If you use your name as the company then it used to be no, not required, but if you have DrJeckly Surveying Company then you would need the CA.

There is a second requirement to not need a CA. You can't have a payroll. No employees.
All outside help has to be contract. At least that is what the board told me.B-)
