Wendell was on the NSPS News Hour yesterday with Curt Sumner. Listened to it this morning while catching up on yard work.

Thanks again Wendell and Angel for all you do!

Thanks for the link!

Enjoyable to say the least. Surprised of no mention of "pb".com
Legalities may supercede that. The AIM style chat-rooms were super fun back then.
I still wear my shirt Lee sent me years ago for writing the original raw-file viewer.
I did lose my beerleg coozie on a recent camping trip however. 🙁

How come this business about P&R still comes up? How come they still try to beat that dead horse? Let the sleeping dog lay IMHO.

Note to Wendell: if you need help or advice on this thing going forward, you can call on me anytime - you know that. As to making sites run on any non-desktop browser, it ain't easy. Been there. My first experience was going from a dual-monitor system to a JettCE (Carlson 600+) device. You don't have much real estate to deal with so the first thing is to decide on what content to leave behind. #1 is graphics of about any sort, page banners, company logos, etc. You have to think REALLY old school from a UI stand-point.
Then ask yourself "what does someone in the field REALLY need right then?".
1. login
2. see threads - collapsed by default
3. post a quicky message - perhaps with an option to auto-text "my phone" with any replies without having me go to my email stuff to check.
Nothing more.

E.

Thanks! It was fun. But I listened to it myself because I wanted to hear how I did. IMHO, I was boring and sounded like I was high. For the record, my answer is "no" regarding the latter. 😉

No you did very good
The interviewer definitely lacked skills to conduct the talk and was hoping that you as the interviewee would help him carry the weight.
If I was the interviewer like Mr. Sumner, I think I would have a double shot cappuccino just before the show. :'(
It was interesting to hear that NSPS is looking to get back into the conference arena again. I think that he mentioned that NGS is looking to sponsor with NSPS.
I hope that they don't try to do the same old same old with a location that is out West with the same old crew of presenters like Moe, Larry and Curly of the seminar circuit.
NGS has a lot of capable presenters and now is the time for live streaming conferences for those in remote locations or for some who do not want to do the "social thang'. The tech is their to do it. They would increase their registration hence profit if they did.

They should get you involved to set it up.
