Did anybody else get the email from Gary regarding suggestions for changes to the standards? Some very interesting suggestions in there.
Nope.
But I was talking to a title attorney who does A LOT of big commercial properties in D.C. and we both thought there has to be a way to bring representatives from the commercial lending industry into the mix on the standards. Commercial property settlements have changed over the past 20 years (at least around here) to a point where the title attorney is d@mn near invisible, it's the lender's council that runs the show.

:snarky:
B-)
No need to correct a word with its synonym.;-)
Any and all suggestions should also go to Curt Sumner at NSPS.
