I get a little excited when I am about to retrace a survey that calls for a rock. Itƒ??s not super common but common enough. My latest is a 70 acre parcel in a rural nearby county that we started on Friday. ?ÿ
The main parcel is only described by adjoiners but a later addition has a 1947 plat that calls for a rock on one of the corners.
Couldnƒ??t miss this one. Largest rock monument Iƒ??ve come across. Itƒ??s roughly two feet square and a little over four feet tall.
Unfortunately the plat lacks almost 30 feet closing and no clear possession lines on the ground. The other corners are noted as Iron found. Maybe Iƒ??ll get a surprise with them too.

?ÿ
