I occasionally do ground control work for NOAA coastal mapping. One of the requirements is to fill out NOAA Form 76-53 for all photo control points. Seems archaic in the digital age, with digital pics, pdf's of log sheets, KML files, etc. I wonder if this is a NOAA requirement or my client's interpretation of an old spec?
