I have need of a boundary/topo survey in Metropolis, Illinios
Massac County Deed 2.55 acres Book 584 Page 236

It's at 1698 W 10th (Project Hope Animal Shelter)

Forgive the image but it's the Illinois GIS. It is sorta close in shape after reading the deed.

We need a pin survey and also a topo for drainage design. It's about 1/2 or more wooded. Not a full ALTA but I do need all the building footprints, fences and such located. I'll have the utilities located (only three lines) before the work commences.

Deral Paulk
Just give me a way to contact you if interested. I think we have one or two that might be near enough that might be interested.

I'm going to do a preliminary assessment of the drainage and then we may need a licensed PE to do some plans for us based on our new building location.

That might be a good reason for me to finally get an Illinois stamp after being licensed there since 2005.

Actually it appears that there is not as much brush as I first thought (area wise). But I have waded into it and it's pretty dense.

I'll need 1/2 contours as they have been flooded several times in the buildings. It's well up out of the flood area and I've already determined that the problem is just the way they have built up around the buildings but I'm going to need some detailed info in that area. There is an area between two of the buildings that for sure is not GPS friendly that needs detailed topo work.

They , as a non-profit, as me if I could get a better deal , being a former surveyor. I said "No, but I can help get a professional product that will meet our needs today and tomorrow". So, no worries about the 'please, we are a non-profit group' type of bargaining.

I will want the raw data as well that generated the topo information. This will allow me to see the shot data for detailed analysis. I don't need your boundary data, since you will pin our land, but I do need the elevation shotpoints. Much like a typical design product delivery.

I find it disconcerting to hear you call yourself a "former surveyor".

😉 😉
