I am quite aware of what surveyors do as I am one. The implication was that my father is less concerned with a plat and how the corners are determined and more concerned with where his corners are so that he can fence the property.?ÿ
I know you ae aware of that. That's pretty much my standard statement when I get similar requests.
It's your dad. Sounds like time for a road trip to see dad and hang out with him for a while. Maybe he really don't need a survey.
The monuments may simply need to be found.
