National GPS Base Station Network Directory

I'm looking for some assistance from the BeerLeg community and hope you can help. A client of mine contacted me today and asked:

>Ladd, I want to set up a national directory for the networks so that when we are preparing a RFP we know whether or not we can write it into the RFP.

I'll be happy to share the results for anyone that wants them and created a simple form with three questions aimed at getting the client his requested information:

Knowing there are multitudes of GPS Base Station Networks already in existence, I'd be grateful if you'd be willing to contribute information about the Base Station Network(s) you use. To give you an example of the basic information the client is seeking, I've posted an image of one example (Iowa IaRTN):
