My local national forest has cadastral maps available online here
They show boundaries that have been surveyed, and corners that have been monumented. To get the actual Plat I call the Forestry Surveyor. He's always been quick to get them to me.?ÿ

I was going to say flat out "no" until I saw the post by MDavis.?ÿ In my experience, this is not typical.?ÿ I would call your forest's Supervisor's Office and ask to speak to the Forest Land Surveyor.?ÿ He/She will likely have tons of resources that may not be online.
