Is there a way to set up a Leica Viva (TS15) total station to display the basic measuring data of angles, slope distance, horizontal distance, and vertical distance??ÿ I want to use it for trig leveling, but this would be useful for many situations.

You can go into User>Work Settings>My survey screen and edit one of those pages to include the items you're looking for.?ÿ Then when you go into Survey, page over to whatever tab you setup.
