1. Implement a scanning program to reduce volume of my file folders.
2. implement unique point numbering for the over head jobs. Ayy40#### for control points A= alpha point number subject project
yy= last digits of current year
40= overheaad project
####= pt numbers for the job
example- 1st control point on Eureka monitor wells proj.

1st cadastral point= 13400100
1st property pin= 13400200
1. Keep track of the number of hours actually spent on jobs. As a solo guy, I didn't really worry about it. I knew better when I started, but I had too many other things to deal with.
Mine is easy to manage this coming year.
