The video I posted on youtube 3 or 4 weeks ago titled "Keep calm I'm a land surveyor" has been such a moral booster for us, we have had almost 3500 views, it has featured on several websites and blogs and Trimble USA has asked us to sign a release for them to use it, I believe at Trimble Dimensions maybe.
We have even had several companies ask us to make promo videos for them.
After pushing out this video Twitter has stood out to me as the media of choice when it comes to social media. I am only now really starting to see its power and potential.

Matter of time, it is really well done. I've enjoyed showing it to .... well, anyone that sits still long enough. Most people have no idea what I do. Of course you forgot to show mosquitos, ticks, chiggers, yellow jackets, snakes, angry neighbors, the rubber boots you have on always being two inches shorter than you need, chopping through thickets, finding a crittical monument lying horizontal in a spoil bank for the ditch that was cleaned out with an excavator two weeks prior, pin cushions,...........
