Has anyone been using the Triumph? Seems interesting, especially the new Triumph LS. Would appreciate any feedback about the system.
We just purchased a Triumph-1 system and I have been playing around with it for a little over a week now. So far I am very happy with the recievers. We were previously running older Trimble gear with Survey Controller. We are using the Carlson Survey + with SurvCE with the Triumph's which is somewhat of a change from Trimble but so far the learning curve is not too bad. I was looking at it also. Nice offer in American Surveyor this month. I'd need the option for an external antenna when I need to get above the vegetation.
It's under 10 grand for a complete RTK rover. I hope this is a new trend.
What do you need for office software and what does that cost I wonder.
Does Javad field software offer any support for total stations so that total station shots can be inputted and stakeouts can be done?
