I just received a signed contract and retainer for a boundary survey for some property that abuts an Illinois Central Railroad right of way. There were two tracks down at one time, but one was taken up many, many years ago.

Does anyone have a contact at Illinois Central railroad? I am looking for one, but have not had much luck yet.

Thanks in advance

The property is in Lauderdale County, West Tennessee.

The copies of the right of way maps that a fellow surveyor shared with me show some information, but I have a few more questions

If that doesn't work out, try Paducah and Louisville RR in Paducah, KY.
They own most of the old ICRR in western KY. If they don't own it, maybe they can point you in the right direction.
