Downloading files from my Hiper rover receiver I keep getting a message from Tools reading "Format of file was not recognized." So no solution from Tools. Base station downloads are pretty smooth. Anybody else seen this and/or know what the deal is or what I should do?
Try downloading outside of Tools using PC_CDU or Topcon Link. If it still doesn't work, the file may be corrupted. How did you start/stop the file?
Topcon Link worked and appears to be the workaround. I started and stopped the file with the usual multi-second pressing of the FN button. Thanks for your response.
no problem, the reason I ask about the method is, I have seen cases where the receiver was turned off while the file was logging and the file gets corrupted.
