I got the same thing.
I didn't get the recall, but I just breezed over the changes. The only substantial difference that I could see from the prior rules is the addition of the "Standards of Practice" section (concerning fair dealing, conflicts of interests, confidentiality, use of another licensee's product, retention of work products and signing and sealing practices) and the addition of a couple of definitions relating to the new section. Other than that, it still looks like the old Florida MTS to me. I know the Florida Surveying and Mapping Society wanted more substantial changes, but from the workshops that I attended, it felt like there was some friction between the Board and the Society.
