Today we finished up the last job on the clip-board that isn't "washed out". Everything else has standing (or moving) water. It's getting a little old.
I think we're up to about 10 or more inches of rain in the last three or four days.

I agree with Mr. Cow. That stuff usually drifts up 44 to StL. while we could use a little rain - not that much!
We need plenty more rain minus the sharknados. The boat ramps almost reach the water and the ponds are almost half full up.

Or better yet, send it to CA. They need it pretty bad there.
Ditches are overflowing
We got a little slice of Paden's leftovers this afternoon. Started to come down just as everyone was arriving for high school graduation ceremonies. Not too bad until about half way through. Then the pounding on the gymnasium roof was very noticeable. When it came time for everyone to leave, no one wanted to be the first to get drowned. In typical fashion, the crowd included everyone from three days of age to 93 years of age, including some in wheel chairs. What a mess! I was one of the very last to leave. Found the exits partially flooded and the same scene recurred at every intersection down the street.
