I got to thinking about this question.
There may be more here, than the simple answer....
Here goes:
Your BASE can process off the CORS. (Same as OPUS)
BUT, simultaneously, it CAN:
Process CORS to Base, Base to Rover, and CORS to rover.
Process CORS to ROVER only
Process Base to ROVER only.
All these are POST PROCESSED.
The LS can get it's RTK corrections via:
Radio Link
Internet, (so long as you have cell coverage, you have corrections, if you have your own base set up at your office, or Job site)
And, there is invariably something I have left out.....

Actually Javad RTK firmware does support Muti-base corrections from up to 3 base stations but currently J-Field, the field software for the LS, does not support the configuration of the Muti-base:
"Multi-base RTK Rover receives Carrier Phase differential corrections in RTCM 2.x, RTCM 3.x, CMR, or JPS formats from up to three base stations simultaneously and provides RTK solutions."
https://www.javad.com/jgnss/products/options/index.html
Matt, does that mean in English:
"The Javad Chip has the capacity, but the software is not yet developed"?
(In all fairness, the development team, IS moving pretty fast, and things are happening, however, the distance between the technical specifications, and the working product, is in fact a variable)

Receivers such as the Triumph-2 and Triumph-1M should be able to be configured as multi-base RTK rovers currently using NetView or NetBrowser although I have never tried or tested this feature. The Triumph-LS currently lacks the GUI interface options to configure it as a multi-base rover but I believe the GNSS firmware may already support this feature. This is a not a new feature and has been part of the GNSS firmware for a long time.
Thanks Matt. I sometimes get hung up, crossing fences!

Based on many commercials, Leica is claiming that its GS16 Unlimited is the best performing sensor under most challenging environment like tree canopy as it is a self learning piece of equipment. Anybody has religiously performed comparison between the GS16 Unlimited and Javad Triumph-LS?

No, but I have a customer who tried both and went with Javad because he claimed it does better in challenging environments. Conjecture I know. Try em out. You can rent GS 16, and Javad has 30 day money back (you only pay shipping), so easy to use both before you purchase.

Thanks for the info.
All GPS is, is tools.
Tools to determine locations, of specific places on earth. They all have rules, and ways they work.
If I determine that I like a particular tool, for certain reasons, that I can articulate, then, that's good.
I am an OPEN MINDED SURVEYOR.
Show me. Show me something better.
Discussions, around the water canteen, can be profitable, to those who are paying attention.
Ask questions. Find out. Don't use a VW beetle, to haul hay. (Although, my mom once had a 1974 VW beetle, with a rack on top, and she had goats, and she once brought them some hay, on the rack...but that's another story...)
Don't use the wrong tool for the job. Use the BEST tool, for the job. It's expensive to buy, and sample all the tools out there. That's the value of these water canteen discussions.

May I know how can I contact that particular customer of yours so I can ask more information?
By the way, I am from Philippines and 30 day money back guarantee thing may not work for me.
Thank you. Regards.

I am out of the office today working in the field trying it's very wet here. You will want to use the custom operations. Add a field named $(NOTES). WHEN I GET BACK TO MY OFFICE I WILL SEND YOU AN EXAMPLE IN A SCREENSHOT.
