Two lots bounded northerly by the highway, and westerly, southerly, & easterly by the river.?ÿ Calls to each other for the line between them.?ÿ Nothing else, no distances monuments, etc.
One lot calls for a half acre, the other no call.?ÿ But I'm sure the river's course has changed some in over a hundred years since the description was written, so how accurate is that area still, if it ever was.
Might end up having to scale from the highway plan which shows one barn that's still there.?ÿ
