I don't know but Getac in my own experience provides extremely poor communication system. They simply ignore me.
I know this is not the American way of doing business.

It works great for Microsoft, if by "ignore me" you mean "tell me to reinstall Windows."

I recently bought a Getac 236 from Allen Precision as part of a package deal including a Geomax network rover. It came setup ready to rumble and the couple questions I had for the people at APE were taken care of right away. The Getac appears to be a very tough little unit. I don't know if your looking to buy or for service on a unit you own and don't know if you are talking handheld or rugged laptop, but you might want to give John at Allen Precision a call if your issue is regarding the 236 or similar Getac handheld.
