The ties to the section have them going across the wetlands. The section and quarter corners are in crazy traffic. No monuments called between the section line and the property. I know that I can follow this guy's math to whatever he set, I just want something a little easier to start from.?ÿ
I get access to the original notes ... turns out they didn't cross the wetlands, they went merrily through the sweeping curves of the subdivision, and now I have their traverse through monuments I can go occupy with the X90 and bring shiny new control to my site.
My point is: How do we know what the footsteps are for sure? If the ties are whatever looked good in CAD, it's protracted lines that were never run on the ground, and fertile ground for new pincushions.?ÿ
