Thru the course of political weather, surveyors have had to change the name of their BOR and of their Title of License in many states.

Not sure about that, but RLS was changed to PLS in the mid seventies. I was registered in 1978 and the certificate say's I'm a PLS. Now we are all PSM, however I still use PLS with my signature.?ÿ
